FoundGuru was created to make lost-and-found recovery easier for people and simpler for organisations to offer as a customer benefit. The platform builds on the same principles used by Global Pet Register — simple physical ID, fast scan-based reporting, secure owner contact and support-led recovery.

Why FoundGuru exists

Most lost-and-found products solve part of the problem — a tag, a sticker, an app. Few solve the whole job: registration, secure owner contact, scan-based reporting, and an actual person helping the return happen.

FoundGuru applies that whole-job thinking to a category of everyday valuables — pets, keys, luggage, and the things people care about that don't usually get this kind of service. It's designed to be embedded by organisations into their existing customer offer, not sold one tag at a time on a shelf.

The FoundGuru team has been running QR-led recovery for pets through Global Pet Register. The registration, secure-profile, scan, and assisted-recovery workflow that underpins Global Pet Register is the same workflow that underpins every FoundGuru vertical.
